Andrea Laura Barber (born Andrea Laura Barber) is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Kimmy In Full House (ABC) as well as Fuller House (Netflix). Andrea Barber, born in Los Angeles on 3 July 1976, is an American actress and writer.
