Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. She began her career on the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in primetime TV. Andrea Navedo has been an American actress and performer since the 10th of October, 1977. Born in The Bronx New York in the United States. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in dramas for daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, she was Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. She was also cast on Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera that aired on CBS from 1999 until 2000 as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo appeared on Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo played a regular role in the NBC crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Then, he appeared as Detective Ana Cordova in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo played in a range of movies including El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and the year 2013. She starred in the Comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious films were parodied in the 2015 film. Navedo started her acting career on the daytime soaps. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap opera One Life to Live from 1995 until 1997. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera in the role of Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance was in a small role on Girl 6 (1996). Later, she guest-starred in seasons of New York Undercover, The District and The District. In 2001, Navedo co-starred in the action comedy film Double Take.
